Uniform Information

 

How can I buy uniform items?

School Uniform

Grey skirt, pinafore dress or trousers

White school shirt (with a standard neck to allow a tie to be worn)/Reception children wear white polo shirts

Grey or black tights - socks for Reception please

Grey or white socks

Burgundy school jumper or cardigan with school logo - available from Goyals

School tie – available from the Goyals

 

Muslim girls may wear the hijab in the school burgundy or black only. This should be worn tucked under the shirt collar so that the school tie is visible and for the health and safety of our pupils.

 

Reception Children

Grey skirt, pinafore dress or trousers

White polo shirt (with collar) Reception children are not required to wear a tie

Summer

Grey shorts or trousers

Red and white checked dress

Sun hat

 

Footwear

Every child must wear sensible black school shoes.

 

PE Kit

Trainers (any colour is fine)

 

Bags

School bags are available from the Goyals.  We try to discourage rucksacks being brought into school due to the limits cloakroom space available. 

Drawstring PE bags are available from the Goyals.

 

Hair and jewellery

Children with hair below shoulder length should have it tied back at all times. 

1 plain pair of stud type earrings are allowed.  If your child is unable to remove them themselves for PE, please ensure that 'micro-pore' tape is in their PE bag to cover their earrings for Health & Safety reasons.

 

The school does sometimes have quality secondhand uniform for sale.  Please enquire at the School Office if you would like to purchase some.

 

Nursery children

Nursery children do not have to wear a uniform, but we find most families prefer to send their child in (for ease and practicality) wearing a school jumper/cardigan and jogging bottoms/leggings.
