During PSHE, Year 3 have practised mindfulness

During science/art, we have looked at rocks ad decided to try our best to create some.. Be careful as some are a little squidgy!

During Geography Week, year 3 have been creating stonehenge silhouettes using their knowledge of tone and shades! The finished project is being competed as you read ...

In October, we also celebrated world mental health day with some mindfulness activities with positive affirmations!

In English, we are continuing our focus on our book How To Wash a Woolly Mammoth and are practicing our instructional text skills!

During our computing session, we finished the day with some fun educational games! Interland and Dance mat typing :)

October is all about Black History and we have celebrated and had a class focus! We focused on Malorie Blackman and we have completed a few tasks.

During math, we have been using concrete resources to help support our understanding of addition and subtraction of 1s, 10s and 100s

Back to art again! We are becoming experts at Stone Age art...

We are learning about keyboards in Computing! So of course we had to make this as fun as possible... touch typing dance mat is our go to :)

Inspired by 10 at 10 (exercise for 10 minutes!), we have started group games and boot camp! Year 3 are enjoying every second... so far! Well done to year 3 :)

We have been working hard in our English lessons! All our learning is linked to our topic Stone Age :)

Back at it again with cave art! Some fantastic art coming along!
